• Any one children up to 10 years can stay in parent room sharing the same bed.
• For Second child extra bed @Tk. 3000 will have be taken.
• Child age must be confirmed at the time of booking.
• If child is found to be of higher age then declared at Checking in time then extra bed charge of Tk. 3000 will be charged.
• Breakfast is free for children upto 6 years. Half rate for set/buffet breakfast will be applicable for children between 7 to 10 years.

• No maids can be accommodated in Resort rooms. Separate accommodation quarters for maids are available inside resort premises including three times meal facility. Accommodation only without food Tk. 1000 per night per person. Tk. 2000 Per night per person including Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast. (Basic food – will be served as parcel)
• Driver accommodations are available at our Driver's dormitory (sharing basis). Take away meal facility is available for them. Drivers are not allowed inside our Resort premises. Accommodation only without food Tk. 1000 per night per person. Tk. 2000 Per night per person including Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast. (Basic food – will be served as parcel)

Peak Season (December-January):

• 10 days or more : No Charge.
• Between 9-7 days : 50% of booking value.
• Less than 7 days or no shows : Full duration of Booking will becharged.

Regular Season (All Months except Above) :

• Cancellation 7 Days or more - No charge.
• Less than 7 days but more than 3 days - First night room charge.
• 3 days or less - Full booking charge.
